They were not presenting maintenance intervals and accepting just an oil change; later in the training, advisors were observed to take control of their guest and make a feature and benefit- based action plan for additional items noticed during the Full-Service Promise Walk Around. They MUST present all the items that were noticed during the walk around, every car, every time. This is potentially costing $$$$ thousands!! Results are already starting to show in my hours per RO and closing ratio. From 10/1 to 10/15 my Hours per Ro were 3.22 per RO and from 10/17 to date (10/31) I am holding steady at 4.53 hours per. Your process has changed how I handle my workload and I now find that I have more time throughout the day and I'm no longer behind the ball on customer contact and follow-up.
